mKantor to dodatkowa usługa dla klientów indywidualnych mBank, którzy posiadają zarówno konto osobiste w banku jak i eKonto Walutowe, dzięki temu mogą wykonywać transakcje wymiany walut bezpośrednio w mBanku, pomiędzy swoimi dwoma kontami. Środki z głównego konta osobistego w PLN są wysyłane do mKantora, gdzie są wymieniane na interesującą Cię walutę, po czym są odsyłane na Twoje konto walutowe.
Jakie warunki trzeba spełnić, aby móc korzystać z kantor mBank?
mKantor jest przeznaczony dla osób, które ukończyły 18 lat i posiadają konto osobiste oraz walutowe w mBank. Środki wymienione za pośrednictwem mKantor ubywają z Twojego głównego konta w PLN, po czym bezpośrednio trafiają na Twoje eKonto Walutowe. Pamiętaj, że otwierając konto walutowe w mBank otwierasz je w jednej z 10 walut — do obsługi każdej z walut, będziesz musieć utworzyć osobny rachunek walutowy.

Aby wykonać jakąś transakcję walutową, należy wejść do aplikacji lub serwisu internetowego, po czym przejść: z zakładki płatności → waluty. Na ekranie wyświetlą Ci się aktualne kursy, wśród których możesz wybrać interesującą cię walutę, po czym ją wymienić. Minimalna kwota transakcji internetowych dopuszczanych przez mKantor to równowartość 1 PLN, z kolei minimalna wartość oferty to 100 PLN.
Z usług mKantoru można korzystać również w placówkach detalicznych mBank, wówczas obsługa gotówkowa obejmuje tylko banknoty euro (EUR) i dolara amerykańskiego (USD). Dla klientów detalicznych bank nie obsługuje następujących walut: juan, lei, kuna, lew bułgarski, lira turecka, rubel, korona duńska, szekel i rand południowoafrykański.
Co zyskujesz z usługą mKantor?
Bezpieczną wymianę walut dostępną w serwisie transakcyjnym i apce mobilnej.
Dostęp do wymiany walut online, gdziekolwiek jesteś. Wystarczy aplikacja mobilna lub komputer.
Wymiana waluty przebiega szybko i sprawnie — środki niemal od razu trafiają na Twoje eKonto Walutowe.
Sporą oszczędność — usługa kantoru jest bezpłatna, a same waluty są wymieniane po atrakcyjnym kursie.
